Group Reformer/Equipment Class Schedule
CONTINUOUS CLASS SESSIONS. Class format is left to the discretion of the instructor and usually includes
a combination of Reformer, Chair, and Tower work. All classes are 55 minutes

Beginners - learn the fundamentals of Pilates for those just starting out
Open - teacher adjusts exercises to your skill level
Intermediate - Must have permission from teacher
Advanced - Must have permission from teacher
Tower - Class is done primarily on the Tower (wall) unit
Challenge/Pilates Fit - faster paced classes with jumpboard, TRX, fitball & other pilates equipment

Pilates Class Descriptions

Group Reformer Classes: Joseph Pilates created the Pilates equipment to act as additional muscles to aid the body on its path to health. The Reformer accesses weak or underused areas of your body to build alignment, muscular balance and aerobic movement. Limited to six participants.

Group Tower Classes: This group class incorporates the use of the Wall Unit (Tower) along with mat work. By utilizing the Wall Unit you stretch your muscles while strengthening your core. Limited to five participants.

Challenge Classes: This is an intermediate-advanced level Pilates class. This class will challenge your body from the inside out, focusing on alignment, balance, and strength. Be prepared to sweat!


Getting Started

We recommend an Intro Assessment and at least 2 private Pilates lessons prior to joining a Pilates equipment class. These sessions will give you the knowledge of basic Pilates movements and body postures that will allow you to get the most out of each class you attend.

Reserving Space in a Class

  • Call the front desk at 314.569.9400 or stop by to sign up for the classes you plan to attend.
  • Use a class card or studio account to receive discounted rates on each class.
  • If you must cancel a reservation, please do so in advance to allow other clients to join the class in your absence. Charges can be applied for missed classes.
