 Our pilates boutique studio offers private Pilates and Yoga lessons as well as a large schedule of affordable group Pilates classes. Our lessons are specifically tailored to the needs and experience of our students. You will find our staff to be enthusiastic and accepting and the atmosphere to be up-lifting and supportive. We have also assembled an experienced team of rehab practitioners to support you as you recover from injuries you may have. Add to this an internationally acclaimed teacher training program to keep things fresh, and you will find that we are truly a studio for all bodies. We hope to see you in class soon.
