Choose the Perfect Fitness Class for You

Looking to get started? We recommend that you undergo an intro assessment and at least 2 private Pilates lessons before joining an equipment class at The Pilates Center of St. Louis. These sessions should give you the knowledge of basic Pilates movements and body postures to get the most out of each class that you attend.

To reserve space in a class, call the front desk or stop by to sign up for the classes you plan to attend. You can use a class card or studio account to receive discounted prices on each class. If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so in advance to let other clients join the class in your absence. Charges can be applied for missed classes.

Learn About the Classes We Offer

  • Beginners classes allow you to learn the fundamentals of Pilates
  • Open classes allow a teacher to adjust exercises to your skill level
  • Intermediate and Advanced classes require permission from a teacher to attend
  • Tower classes are done primarily on the Tower (wall) unit
  • Challenger or Pilates Fit classes are faster-paced, with jumpboard, TRX, fitball, and other equipment usage
Pilates

Get Descriptions of Our Pilates Classes

The group reformer class works toward Joseph Pilates goal of using Pilates equipment to act as additional muscles to aid the body on its path to health. This class accesses weak or underused areas of the body to build alignment, muscular balance, and aerobic movement. Attendance is limited to 6 participants.

The group tower class incorporates the use of the wall unit (Tower) in addition to mat work. Utilizing the wall unit, you will stretch muscles while strengthening your core. Attendance is limited to 5 participants.

In the challenge classes, you will challenge your body from the inside out, focusing on your alignment, balance, and strength. This is an intermediate-to-advanced level class, so be prepared to sweat! Take a look at our pricing options now.
