Pilates is a fantastic exercise program that gently strengthens your core and realigns your shoulders, hips, and pelvis for a longer, leaner body. It's great for men as it increases rotation and functional movement, supporting back muscles (great for golfers). 

Women love the tall, trim, and poised feeling of securely-wrapped muscles in their core, pelvic floor, and mid-back, eliminating computer hunch. Our private instruction is the most effective way to focus on your unique needs, injuries, or chronic concerns.

Private lessons are necessary for an initial evaluation to create a base from which to learn the fundamentals of the Pilates method in addition to being a continual enhancement to your day-to-day wellness routine.

You can also bring a friend to our duet, trio, or quartet Pilates instruction for a reduced rate. This type of class is ideal for two or more people who want to workout together with a single trainer.

Let us help you translate the principles of Pilates into a whole body workout! Our personal trainers can help you develop increased strength and flexibility through the use of weights, bands, kettle bells, and fitness props.

We offer cross training for any fitness activity with private and duet lessons available. You'll see fast results through our exercises, including:

Policies and Etiquette

  • CANCELLATION POLICY:  There is a 24-hour cancellation window.  Cancellations made after that time will be charged the full class rate. 
  • All cell phones must either be turned off or left on vibrate.
  • For safety reasons, no students will be allowed into Pilates group classes five minutes after start time after the class begins. 
  • For best results, please refrain from eating a large meal before any workout. 
  • Due to various allergies, please refrain from wearing scented lotions and perfumes to group classes.
  • Please wear comfortable, appropriate clothing intended for exercise. If a client chooses to wear shorts, she or he must wear the proper undergarment. 
  • Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with a class or are unable to participate for any reason, please contact us immediately. Our policy is to provide 100% refund or credit, your choice, to anyone who makes a refund request prior to the start of the session. After a class has begun, no refund will be given. 
  • Students are allowed to miss and make-up two classes in each registered session. 
  • Studio account balances are refundable up to one year. After that time, you can use your credit in our studios or transfer it to another client. 
  • We strive to create a peaceful environment at the studio. Please help us maintain that peace by being mindful.
